Many have made the mistake of making mea culpa appeasements - freebies, discounts, kickbacks, you name it. Wrong! You're still running a business, and your product/service still has value - it just doesn't for that customer(s) any longer.
This is something I strongly believe in and perhaps you may too. Regardless of what your brain or gut determines, never accept anything that devalues you or what you're doing with your business. When you accept such things, you take away the added value your confidence, determination, and passion bring to the experience of being entrepreneurial—of being you.
